Newcomers Welcome Committee

Members of the Newcomers Welcome Committee will say that their job is one of the most fun responsibilities within the community. To explain simply, they get to talk to new residents about Summerfield and all its numerous activities, clubs, and community involvement opportunities — easily done by these enthusiastic committee members who love living here.

In addition to providing monthly Clubhouse tours (second Wednesday of every month at 1 PM), this committee puts together an information packet distributed to all new residents, and sponsors a spring get together and an annual Newcomer Fair in the fall. It’s said that you can be as active and involved as you want to be in Summerfield. It’s the goal of the Newcomers Welcome Committee to provide information to help you do just that.
