Gently stretch your body, relax your mind, and appreciate each new day. Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga are great ways to find a better sense of balance and gain more energy. No experience is necessary. Classes have gentle, simple moves.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM in Lakeview Room and Ballroom.
Yoga is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM in Lakeview Room.
