Creative Art Guild
Time to Get Creative!
The Creative Art Guild focuses on supporting one another and bringing art to the community. We encourage and assist artists of all mediums by providing opportunities to share creative ideas, tools and methods for artistic growth. We do demos, discuss techniques and materials, share local art show information, and encourage each other in growing as an artist.
Our artists are in many stages of their artistic journey. Some are entirely new to art, and some are lifelong professionals. Artists often bring their work to our meetings to share and discuss. When they seek advice, gentle suggestions are offered.
The Guild displays artists’ work in the Clubhouse for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. Each year, members organize an art show where their pieces are displayed for sale with proceeds going to the artists and Guild activities.
We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM in the Arts & Crafts Room. For more information, contact the current Art Guild coordinator listed in the resident directory or any member listed outside the Art Room. Come join the fun and the enrichment you can get from being creative.
