About The Summerfield Civic Association (SCA)

Welcome to Summerfield!  Our community was built on 203 acres and includes 40 acres dedicated to recreation, including the Clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool and a beautiful 9-hole public golf course.  There are approximately 1,605 residents, and everyone who lives here is a member of the Summerfield Civic Association.  The annual assessment fee entitles residents the use of the common area facilities. 

Some important facts:

  • Summerfield Civic Association is considered the “main” homeowner association.  We also have eight sub–associations such as townhouses, condos, and apartments with their own bylaws and CC&Rs.  Each of the five townhouse associations have their own website, which can be accessed by clicking the Live Here section and selecting one.
  • Our annual assessment for 2024 is $700 per person, payable in January to mid-February. This fee is prorated depending on when the home is purchased. Summerfield also has a New Buyers Fee.
  • Residents can buy an annual golf tag allowing unlimited golf.  For details, visit Green Fees & Rentals.
