Summerfield Fitness CenterIn addition to golf, tennis, pickleball and swimming, there are several opportunities for physical exercise indoors.  You can play ping pong, join an organized group or exercise on your own in the Summerfield fitness centers. 

Or, you can participate in any of the following physical fitness activities:

 

Water Aerobics (during pool season)
Mondays through Fridays: 10:00 AM

Easy exercises to a 40-minute CD.  Bring your own ‘noodle’ on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Cost:  just $5.00 for the whole season (through October).  Call Barbara Roth at 503-477-2481 if you have any questions.

Line Dancing
Ultra Beginner Classes & Regular Classes
