The Arts and Craft Room    This room provides a home for a variety of artistic endeavors including the Craft Club, the Art Club, Water Color, China Painting, Needlecrafters and Quilters, and often the Computer Club.

The Conference Room   The Conference Room houses the Board Meetings, including the Summerfield Civic Association Board of Directors, many of the individual townhouse association Board Meetings, golf club Board Meetings, the Book Club and a wide variety of other miscellaneous meetings and events.

Library    The beautiful Library is maintained entirely by a volunteer staff and is operated on the ‘honor system’.  (For more information Click Here)

The Card Room     This room is home to a wide variety of cards and other games including several Bridge groups, Canasta, Pinochle, Mahjongg, and Bingo.

The Lakeview Room and Ballroom    These two important rooms are configured in an L-shape are used jointly for large groups and dinners for over two hundred people.  The rooms are available for residents to use for family events and large local events.  The Travel Club uses both rooms regularly.  The Dance Club, Line Dance Club, and Aerobics use the Ballroom on a regular basis, as there is a large, well-maintained teak dance floor.  Garden Club and the Newcomers Welcome Committee use the Lakeview Room regularly.

Clubhouse Kitchen   This large and well stocked kitchen is available for use by any group that has pre-arranged use of any of the Clubhouse rooms.

Lower Level Game Rooms    These rooms are on the lower level of the Clubhouse and both have a view of the golf course.  They house two billiard tables, two ping tables, and a poker table. 

Men’s and Women’s Fitness Centers  Both of the Centers are located on the lower level of the Clubhouse and have been recently remodeled with equipment easily used by seniors.  These rooms also provide restrooms and dressing areas for the outside swimming pool.  Each Center has a sauna.

Golf Lounge    This room is located in the middle of the lower level of the Clubhouse and has a beautiful view of the golf course and fountain in the water hazard.  Decorated with comfortable furniture and several tables with chairs, this area is used as a meeting room, party room and lounge primarily by golfers.

Pro Shop    This is a fully equipped Pro Shop used by local and public golfers.  The shop is operated on a contract basis by the Golf Pro.
